Karaoke Booth Recording Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or continuing to use this system, you agree and consent to:

• Audio and video recording of your karaoke session(s).
• The venue storing and processing your recording for the sole purpose of making it available to you.
• The venue providing access to the recording only to you, through your user account or a secure delivery method.

If you do not agree to be recorded, please do not proceed.

Recordings are created only for your personal use and enjoyment. They will not be:

• Sold or distributed to the public,
• Used in marketing,
• Shared with third parties,

unless you provide separate written permission.

Your recording contains a performance of a copyrighted song and/or licensed karaoke backing track.

By using this service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The recording is provided to you only,
• You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes,
• You may not sell, upload, broadcast, publicly distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the recording unless you obtain the appropriate copyright permissions.

The venue does not grant any rights to the underlying musical composition or backing track.

• Your recording will be available in your account for 30 days from the date of creation.
• After 30 days, the recording will be automatically and permanently deleted.
• Once deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Please download your recording within the 30-day window if you wish to keep it.

We take your privacy seriously. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that:

• Your recording is treated as personal data.
• It will be stored securely and accessed only by authorised staff or systems required to deliver the service.
• You may request early deletion of your recording by contacting us.
• Aside from storing and delivering the recording to you, we do not use your personal data for any other purpose without your consent.

You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or you have the consent of a parent/guardian if under 18.
• The account used to access the recording belongs to you and is not shared with others.
• You will not misuse or unlawfully distribute your recording.

• While we take reasonable steps to ensure availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to recordings during the 30-day period.
• The venue is not liable for loss of access caused by technical failures, user account issues, or early deletion requested by the user.
